MEMORANDUM OF SE'ITLEMENT
In full and final settlement ofthe above captioned grievance dated May 26, 1992, the parties
agree without prejudice or precedent to resolve the matter on the following terms.
1. The grievor, John Roe, shaH be reclassified to Maintenance Mechanic 2 and
shaU receive the rate of pay at the top level of Maintenance Mechanic 2.
2. Reclassification shaU be retroactIve to 20 workmg days prior to May 26, 1992.

3 Interest on any retroactIve compensatIOn shall be calculated In accordance with
the formula as set out in Hallowell House.
4 The partIes agree that this Settlement shall be made an Order of the
Grievance Settlement Board.
S The Gnevance Settlement Board shall retain jurisdlction with respect to the
Implementation of this Settlement.
6. Upon fulfilment of the above terms of settlement, the Union and the grievor
shall withdraw the grievance.
