agreed would be made an Order of the Board

The parties agree to the following as full and final settlement of
the ~rievanoe alleging improper classification of the grievor's
position (Architectural Technologist - services Officer 1) without
prejudice or precedent:
1. The Employer agrees to reclassify the grievor to the level of
Services Supervisor 2, ~ffeotivQ February 24, 1992, twenty
days prior to the filing of the grievance.
2. ThQ Employer aqrees to place the Grievor at the third step of
the Services Supervisor 2 classification on March 1st, 1993.
3. The Employer agrees to pay the Grievor the sum of wages, less
required deductions, representing the difference between the
Services Officer 1 and Services Supervisor 2 levels
retroactively to February 24, 1992.
4. The Grievor aqreas to withdraw the qrievance dated March 23,
1992.
5. The parties agree that this settlement may be made an award of
the Grievance Settlement Board by either party for the purpose
of enforcement.
