At the close of the case on the consent of the parties oral reasons were given. It
was also ordered that letter of reprimand dated May 22, 1992 be amended so as to remove all
references to the allegation that the grievor displayed unprofessional conduct In a meeting with
his supervisor However the letter Is to remain In force as amended in relation to the second
allegation that the grlevor failed to follow the instructions of his supervisor
