The parties agree to the full and (mal settlement of the above-noted grievance without precedent and
without prejudice to any future and! or similar matter on the following terms:
1 The Ministry agrees to pay the grievor the sum of $105000 (one thousand and fifty dollars) of back
pay, less any regular statutory deductions. -
I
2 The Ministry further agrees to pay the grievor the sum of $126.00 (one hundred tweilty six dollars) as
interest payment on the above-noted amount.
3 The Union and the grievor agree to withdraw Ithe above-noted grievance.
4 The parties agree that this settlement shall be made an order of the Board.
-This offer of settlement is deemed to have been withdrawn and shall be null an~ void if not accepted by
12.00 p.m. on November 30. 19..2l,.
