The parties reached a full and final settlement of this matter at the heanng, on a
without precedent and prejudice basiS and agreed that their settlement be made a Board Order The
settlement of the parties was reached on the followmg terms:
1 The Employer agrees to remove all performance appraisals with offendmg
comments from the Mimstry files, save and except the corporate Mimstry grievance file~
2 Only a copy of the ongmal grievances III G S B file #2961/90 and
#1854/91 and the Board's decisions will remain on file at the Oxford Regional Centre,
3 No use shall be made of the corporate Mimstry grievance file referred to III
paragraph 1 above for any purpose unrelated to thiS grievance,
4 The Union and the Gnevor agree to withdraw the 'grievance;
5 The parties agree that thiS settlement shall be an Order of the Grievance
Settlement Board.
Therefore 10 accordance with the parties' agreement, the terms of the parties'

settlement are hereby ordered.
