.MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT
The parties hereby agree to the settlement of the above-noted grievance dated
December 22, 1992, filed by Brenda Robertson agamst the Metropolitan Toronto
Housing Authority This settlement is made on a without prejudice and without
precedent basis and without admission of liability, and in full and fmal settlement of
the Grievor's claim.

The parties agree as follows

1 The Employer will include and report 4% vacation pay as earnings of the
Grievor in the determination of compensable earnings for the p~ses of

can be made.
2. The Grievor acknowiedges that she is not eligible for the payment of the 2%
