ORDER
After the representatives of the parties completed their open~ng

statememts, the B6ard was informed that they had been able to agree
to "Terms of Settlement," which ar~ as follows

Hereinafter referred to as "the Employer"
AND
Onto Public Service Employees Union (Gaudette/Garcia)
Hereinafter referred to a~ "the Union"
The union and the Grievor [sicl M. Gaudette and B. Garc~a agree to
withdraw from Arb~tration the grievance [sicl dated Apr 20 & 21
93, subj~ct to the following cond~tions
1. The document dated April 17.93 subject counseli~g re Checking
Vehicles is removed from the files of M. Gaudette and B Garcia.
2 The above noted employees acknowledge that the employer has
advised them that a daily vehicle check should take 15 to 30
m~nutes approx. per vehicle.
3 The parties agree that this will be an Order of the Board.

The employer and the union agree that any dlfference arising from
the implementation or failure to implement these terms of
settlement may be referred to the Grievence Settlement Board for
Arbitration.
