Upon the consent of the parties, this matter is adjourned sine
die pending a decision in a number of HuI:tlan Rights complaints,
namely Phillips, Thrasher, Adam-McInnes an~ Forde~ case numbers
10-496C, 498C, 503<::, 500C, 499C, 464C, 306C, 4~5C, 442C, 501C and
502C Complaints have been filed against both the union and
Management Board of Cabipet, and deal directly with the issue in
this case
f
Pending a decision in the Human Rights complaints, we remain
seized of jurisdiction in this case In the meantime, management
will continue to apply the collective agreement in the same manner
,(
that it has with this gr~evor, that is~ her vacation credits will
j not accrue while receiving Workers' Compensation ,benefits with
respect to this injury Th~ employer will continue to pay 100% of
the employee's and employer's pension contributions while she is
on L.T.I.P. which was approved effective July 10, 1993
