DECISION
Based on the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby directs the following
I) That the Ministry IS to review the payroll records of the following Individuals
to determine If they qualify for and have been paid holiday pay In accordance with the
Chew-Simcoe/Gorsky award
Helen Blonskl
Linda Gowing
Cheryl Jordan
Mana Kelly
Chnstlne Lawson
Michelle Palllster
Phil Shearer
Bonnie Sumlson
Karen Smith
Paulette Tonner
II) That the Ministry shall proVide copies of any documents that demonstrate
that these Individuals either do not qualify for a payment or that they have been paid, to the
union within eight weeks of the date of this deCISion
III) That If the Ministry IS unable to demonstrate that a particular Individual
either does not qualify or has been paid, that Individual shall be paid all moneys owed In
accordance with the Chew-Simcoe/Gorsky award within ten weeks of the date of this
award
IV) That once the above-noted conditions have been met, the gnevances
shall be withdrawn
In the event that the parties have any difficulties Implementing this award I shall
remain seized
