Pursuant to the Summons to Witness issued by the Union to Edie
Neuberger, we order the Ministry to produce to the Union the
documents therein requested, subject to the following conditions:
(
(1) production of the documents does not constitute any
admission by the Ministry of the relevance of any
document;
(2) the Union agrees to be under a reciprocal obligation of
production;
I (3) counsel for the Union undertakes that witness statements
or summaries of witnesses information will be revealed
only to that witness and not to other potential witnesses,
and that all documents produced will be retained in the
possession of counsel to the Union except as produced as
Exhibts in the hearing;
(4) the disclosure receipt and use of the documents to be
produced and the information therein is for the purposes
of preparing for and conducting these hearings only and
all of this is done by direct Order of the'Board
The panel will remain seized with respect to issues arising out of
