The partIes hereby agree to the follOWIng as full and final settlement of the above-
noted gnevance
1 The Employer lUlsInterpreted the CollectIve Agreement and paid travel
tIme Instead of overtIme to the Gnevor for overtime worked by the Gnevor between
'7 00 a m and 8 30 a m on March 24, 1993 The Employer WIll pay the Gnevor the
dIfference between the overtIme OWIng and the travel tIme paId on March 24, 1993

2 The Employer acknowledges that travel tIme IS an inherent part of the
Gnevor's pOSItIon as a Vocatlonal RehabIhtatlon Counsellor
