WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND WITHOUT PRECEDENT the parti~s hereto agree to a full and final
settlement of tbe grievance of Ednan Nusrat dated June 9, 1993, on the following terms:
1. Tbe Employer agrees to appoint the Grievor to the position of Field Auditor classified at the
Financi~l Officer 2 level in the Employer Health Tax Branch located in Oshawa. The
appointment will be in accordance wit~ Article 5 1.2 of the Collective Agreement andwiIl be
retroactive to July 5, 1993.
2. The Grievor and the Union agree that this memorandum of settlement will be made on Order
of tbe Grievance Settlement Board and that the grievance will be withdrawn On the date on -
which the Grievance Settlement Board issues the said Order
