DECISION
Further to Minutes of Settlement, filed, and on consent of the parties and th~
Grievor, this Board orders:
1 The employer will pay to the Gnevor the sum of $10,000 00 less
applicable statutory deducttons, saId sum represent10g $9,000 00, the
eqUivalent to five months wages, plus $1,000 00 in interest thereon,
2 The employer wIll destroy all documents contained in the "Fact File"
whICh It had ma1Ota1Oed wIth respect to the Gnevor;
3 The employer WIll destroy the letter of dIsmissal dated July 13, 1993, the
employee dIscipline report dated July 14, 1993 and any other documents
\
contained 10 the Grievor's personnel file WhICh 10 any way refer to the
\
incident of June 29, 1993,
4 The employer WIll destroy the s~paratlOn report dated July 14, 1993
(
currently contained in ,the Gnevor's personnel file and replace it with a
separation report in the attached form, the form to be signed by Barry
Sullivan, Supenntendent of CecIl Facer Youth Centre The employer will
permanently attach to the separatton report a letter from the Gnevor
)
