OPSEU (Union Grievance) Grievor - and - Ministry of Community and Social Services Employer I MEMORANDUM OF SETILEMENT I Without precedent or prejudice, the parties agree to the followmg terms in $ettIement of this grievance, dated August 25, 1993~ under Article 18.1 of the collective agreement: I The employer shall make the following changes to the Income Maintenance office at 621 Mam Street West, North Bay, by August 1, 1994 (a) A door with a lock shall be installed in the corridor between the elevator and the mterview rooms, (b) A plexiglass barrier shall be installed on top of the reception counter at the main entrance to a height to be negotiated between local representatives of the parties in North Bay; 2. When the employer has fulfilled the ~bove terms and conditions, the Union shall withdraw the grievance. This settlement is without prejudice to the Union's right to file a subSequent grievance if the plexiglass barrier proves to be inadequate for the protection of employees after it has been installed. .... , --.
