I There were two grievances before the Board. During the course of the hearing into these
matters the parties resolved their differences. Regarding the outstanding issues, the
parties are agreed that the Board shall order-
1 The Ministry shall provide an additional light equal in power to the
amount of light considered in the current 1994 Ambulance Supply
Specifications to vehicle 3085 plus three others (which includes the
spare vehicle) not previously retrofit, when requested to do so by the
drivers. Such vehicles to be identified by the Union.
2. The Ministry shall provide an additional light equal in power to the
amount of light considered in the current 1994 Ambulance Supply
Specifications to the two vehicles previously retrofit (such vehicles to
be identified by the Union) when requested by the drivers to do so.
3. Magnifying glasses shall be provided for all vehicles which presently
have none when requested by the drivers.
4. The Union shall identify the vehicles to the Ministry within thirty days.
5. The Ministry shall make the adjustments as set out above within thirty
days of being notified.
