The parties agree to the following terms in full and final settlement of all Issues ansmg out of the
gnevances of the employee, bemg OPSEU 93E-630, 93E-631, 93E-632
1 The Umon and the Employee shall withdraw the above gnevances uponsIgnmg of the
settlement and notIfy the Gnevance Settlement Board that the gnevances are WIthdrawn.
2 The Employer shall pay the Employee a lump sum of $20,00000 less statutory
deductIons whIch represents top-up for lost earnmgs pnor, to August, 1995
3 The Employer shall ,remove the letter of dIscIplIne, ansmg out of the April 28, 1993 from
the record/files of the Employee.
4 The contmuous service date of the Employee shall remam as May 1, 1973
5 ThIS memorandum of settlement is a full and final release of all matters between the
parties. The Employee and the Umon agree there are no other further matters between the
parties and that the employee will not make the cIrcumstances pnor to the date of sIgnmg thIS
agreement the subject matter of any further gnevances.
