ThIS case was heard under the medIatIOn/arbItratIOn backlog process
In thIS gnevance the Gnevor alleged that due to certaIn harassIng conduct by the
Employer (whIch the Employer demes) she was off on sIck leave for 3 weeks She IS
claimIng as a remedy 3 weeks' wages, or more properly the dIfference between 3 weeks'
wages and 3 weeks' sIck leave benefits
However the Gnevor dId not present any medIcal report whIch hnked the
absence to the alleged conduct of the Employer Absent such eVIdence, I would not be
prepared to award any monetary damages, even If the factual allegatIOns of harassment
were proven.
The gnevance IS therefore dIsmIssed.
