I am writing to you to confirm our meeting on July 13, 1994 at the Guelph Correctional Centre. A
Correctional Officer duty post which can accomodate your limitations is now available. This post is
known as the Industrial Traffite Picket post. A position description and physical demands and tasks
analysis were reyiew~ with you by your doctor who states that you are able to perfor"\.tP; physical tasks

Therefore in accordance with Article 42.10 and Article 24 16.6 of the Collective Agreement you are
hereby assigned to a position as a Correctional Officer at the Guelph Correctional Centre. This is in
effect reinstating you to your former position at the maximum rate of a CO2. This will be effective
Monday July 18, 1994
Would you please indicate your acceptance of this offer by signing the attached copy of this letter and
returning it to my attention as soon as possible.
