The gnevor was employed as a head nurse at BrockvIlle PsychIatnc HospItal untIl he
went on dIsabIlIty leave on May 6 1986 SInce that tIme, the gnevor has contInued to file
numerous gnevances wIth the umon and these matters are the subject of thIS heanng,
The umon and the employer contend that I have no JunsdIctIOn to hear the gnevances
because there IS no dIspute between the partIes ThIS contentIOn IS clearly correct gIven
the decIsIOn In ATU (Blake) and Toronto Area TransIt Authonty GSB # 1276/87
