and March 19 1992 The partIes then attended and partIcIpated m a
medIatIOn/arbitratIOn process on May 3, 1999 resultmg m a resolutIon whIch
mcorporated the followmg terms and conditIOns as an order of the Board m full
and final satIsfactIOn of the above-captIOned gneVances.
1 The Employer shall reimburse the Gnevor for (2) days pay at (12) twelve
hours per day for the gnevances dated June 8 1994 and October 3 1994
2 Further, the Employer shall reImburse the Gnevor for (4) four hours pay
for the gnevance dated March 19 1992
3 The Employer shall remove and destroy any and all documentatIOn and
notes ansmg out of the mCldents gIvmg nse to the above captIOned
gnevances from any and all files, mcludmg personnel files.
