The next hearing day is scheduled for hearing on 31 May 2017. [2] On the most recent hearing day, held 14 October 2016, the Union sought an order for the production of the entire competition file for Job Competition #65460 – Financial Officer 2, including: • the names of all applicants; • the résumés of all applicants; • the criteria used to select candidates for interview; • the score sheets used to evaluate the résumés; • the seniority dates of all applicants; • the personnel files of the applicants selected for interview; • any reference checks that were made; • any and all correspondence (written and electronic) prepared in relation to the competition (both prior and post); • the interview questions and the answer sheets for the applicants selected for interview; • a copy of the posting; • a copy of the job specifications in place at the time of the posting; and • a copy of any revised job specifications. [3] Employer Counsel did not oppose the request for production and indicated the Employer’s intention to comply with any order issued by the Board. [4] In the circumstances, the Employer is hereby ordered to produce to the Union, as soon as reasonably possible in advance of the next hearing day, the entire competition file for Job Competition #65460 – Financial Officer 2. The Union is directed to treat the information produced pursuant to this order with confidentiality, and to use such information only for the purposes related to this proceeding.
