MEMORANDUM OF SETILEMENT
WITHOUT PRECEDENT AND W1THOUT PREJUDICE, the parties hereby agree to the
following as full and final settlement on the above-noted gnevance
I The Employer agrees to reassign the Grievor to a new territory The new terrItory shall
mclude Haliburton, Hastings, Lennox, Addington, Peterborough, Renfrew and Prince Edward
Counties.
2. The Employer will pay the GrIevor s relocation expenses in accordance with the MinIstry's
relocation expense policy
3 The Gnevor agrees to withdraw the above-noted grievance.
4 The Memorandum of Settlement may be made_ an Order of the Board by either party
