ORDER
The gnevances of Kevm Rafferty dated February 24, 1994 are hereby withdrawn,
without prejUdICe or precedent, in accordance wIth Mmutes of Settlement executed by the
parties and dated June 13, 1996 as follows.
1. The employer shall pay the grievor $8,00000 less statutory deductions.
2. The grievor and the union shall withdraw the two grievances.

3. The gnevor releases the Employer of all claims, actions or similar legal
proceeding an sing out of the facts alleged in the grievances.
