ORDER
upon agreement of the parties that the Board order the production
of the documents referred to, in the letter f rom Gary Adams to
Dave Costen dated January 5, 1995 filed with the Board, other than
the copies of the grievors' personnel files, and a complete copy
of the employer's investigation into this matter including any
specific notes made by the investigators or supervisors which were
relied on by the employer in making the investigation report,
which have been produced, the Board hereby orders the production
of the following documents:
1. Copies of any and all "codes of ethics" standards which
apply to Ministry of Transportation employees and Driver
Examiners in particular.
2. Job Specifications for the position of District Examiner
as presently held by the incumbent, G. Munz.
3. Any policy memo directive or other correspondence
relating to the issuing of a Temporary Licence. Upgrade
for Drivers, i.e. the waiving of fees for MOT employees.
4. Copies of all Monthly Driver Examiner Reports for all
grievors from 1991 to the time of dismissal.
5. Copy of the job specification Driver Examiner Supervisor
2, presently held by the incumbent, H. Cavey.
6. Copy of the September 1990 Internal Audit of
Southwestern Region Driver and Vehicle operations
Upon agreement of the parties, this panel of the Board is not
