The panel has considerea the sUbmissions of counsel relating
to the request tor adjournment of the hearing scheduled for
November 4, 1996 with some reluctance, the Board has determined
that it will grant the request. The Board anticipates that this
matter will now proceed as scheduled without any further delays
necessit~ted by the grievor We are reserving on the issue of
limitation of liability. The additional hearing date of 3anuary
28, 1997, a date available to the parties as well as the Board,
will be confirmed by\the Registrar.
