ORDER
The Board hereby orders and directs Detective William
Souls, Metropolitan Toronto Police, 14th Division, 150 Harrison
street, Toronto, Ontario to produce to David strang, counsel,
Legal Services Branch, Management Board Secretariat, within 10
days of the date of this order tape recordings of interviews with
Nick Giannos and Natalie Charmaine Kelly and any notes,
statements, photos or documents made or obtained in the
investigation of an alleged assault by Mr. Giannos on Ms. Kelly
on June 28, 1994.
The Board further directs Mr. strang to provide all
materials produced pursuant to this order to Larry steinberg,
counsel for the Union.
