GREENSLADE) Grievor - and - THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO (MINISTRY OF COMMUNITY and SOCIAL SERVICES) Employer MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT In the matter of the within four grievances dated January 6, 1995, the Parties hereto agree without prejudice or precedent to any other matter between them as follows 1. The Union and the Grievor withdraw the within grievances being GSB #'s 94-2484, 94-2485, 94-2486, 94-2487 2 (i) The Ministry agrees to amend the Grievor's attendance record to show the following (a) November 7, 1994 - Leave Without Pay (b) November 8, 1994 - Leave Without Pay (c) November 9, 1994 - Vacation (ii) It is agreed that the November 9, 1994, vacation day will be debited against any vacation. Credits to be advanced to the Grievor in the 1996 calendar year, that is to say the Grievor will receive one (1) less vacation day in 1996 though he would otherwise be entitled to. - 2 - , 3. The Grievor agrees to comply with the MeSS policy and procedures as issued in writing by the Employer 4. It is understool and agreed that the terms of this settlement shall not be construed as an admission of wrongdoing by either party. 5. It is understood and agreed that the terms and conditions of GSB Order, dated September 20, 1994, shall continue in full force and effect and that the terms of this agreement do not alter or derogate from them in any way 6. All terms of this agreement are in full and final settlement of the within four grievances.
