BOARD ORDER
HavIng heard the submIssIOns of the partIes at the mediatIOn-
arbItratIOn heanng held In Toronto on October 26,2000, the Board orders as
follows
WHEREAS the Gnevor/Umon filed gnevance(s) dated February
7, 2000.
AND WHEREAS the PartIes are desIrous to resolve the gnevance( s)
on a wIthout precedent and prejUdICe basIs,
NOW THEREFORE the PartIes agree to the folloWIng terms and
condItIons as full and final resolutIOn of the grIevance( s)
1 The Employer agrees to promote Mr Eggleton and Ms Glover to
full tune posItIOns effectIve November 6, 2000
2 The Employer agrees that Mr Eggleton, Ms Glover and Mr Vne
will not be reqmred to move to Mount Forest
3 The Employer agrees to pay Mr Eggleton and Ms Glover at the
full tune rate of $2001 per hour effectIve November 6, 2000
4 The Employer agrees that there will not be a WaitIng penod for
entItlement to benefits under the collectIve agreement for the
Gnevors, Eggleton and Glover, save and except the Health Care
Benefits whIch have a WaitIng penod attached to them
5 The Employer agrees to request that the Carner Waive the mnety
day WaitIng penod for the Health Care Benefits whIch have a
WaitIng penod attached to them In the event the Carner does not
approve the Waiver, the Employer agrees to pay 4% In heu of
benefits from November 6, 2000 at the prevIOUS part-tIme wage
rate receIved by Eggleton and Glover

6 The partIes agree to Issue a JOInt letter to the Mimstry of Health,
Mr ErnIe Jones, regardIng seekIng Mimstry of Health approval to
pay retroactIve salary, vacatIOn entItlement and sIck tIme credIts
7 The Employer agrees to pay a Boot Allowance of $25 00 each to
Ms Glover and Mr Eggleton In addItIon to any allowance already
paId.
8 The Employer agrees to pay a Dry CleanIng Allowance of $190 00
each to Ms Glover and Mr Eggleton after November 6, 2000
WithIn 30 days
9 The Employer agrees to provIde the Gnevors wIth prorated sIck
tIme from November 6, 2000
10 The Employer agrees that Ms Glover's semonty date remaInS June
1, 1992 and Mr Eggleton's semonty date remaInS January 8, 1991
11 The Employer agrees to grant unpaId vacatIOn tune off to Mr
Eggleton for the dates of November 10,2000 at 18 00 hours up to
and IncludIng November 19,2000 at 0600 hours
12 The Employer agrees to pay to the Gnevors theIr accumulated
vacatIOn credIts from April 1, 2000 to November 5, 2000 at the
rate of 4% of gross pay
13 The PartIes agree that the Gnevors can submIt an availabihty hst
regardIng hours of work for the Employer to gIve good faIth
consIderatIOn when aInendIng the current schedule to reflect theIr
full tIme assIgnments
14 The Umon agrees that by entenng Into the agreement there IS no
breach of the collectIve agreement as It relates to amendIng the
part tIme hours currently scheduled for the penod from November
6, 2000 to December 31, 2000

15 In consIderatIOn for the foregomg the Umon and the Gnevors
agree to wIthdraw the followmg grIevances
