ORDER
The grievances were scheduled for hearing at the Howard Johnson, Kingston, on
November 28, 2001, to commence at 10 30 a m The Union advised that It, and Its
counsel, had left numerous telephone messages for the grlevors, advIsing them to
attend the hearing However, the grlevors failed to attend The parties waited until
11 00 a m The employer, then, moved to dismiss the grievance, the union did not
oppose the motion In view of the grlevors failure to attend, the grievances are
dismissed
