prOVIsIOn of eVIdence respectmg the same at any subsequent heanng before
the Board
1 The Umon wIll produce the medIcal reports to counsel for the
Employer, upon executIOn of thIS agreement and receIpt of Ms
Walker's consent to do so,
2 The Employer wIll keep the reports and theIr contents confidentIal
except as IS necessary m order to obtam expert advIce and Instruct
counsel The contents of the medIcal reports WIll not be
commumcated to anyone else for any other purpose,
3 The heanng m respect of these matters wIll be held zn camera In order
to protect the pnvacy of the Gnevor
