at the heanng. At the commencement of the heanng, the umon advIsed that It dId not
dIspute the employer's posItIOn that there had been no vIOlatIOn of the collectIve
agreement.
Havmg regard to the posItIOns of the partIes and the fact that there IS no dIspute
between them, the gnevance IS hereby dIsmIssed.
