BOARD ORDER
We have carefully considered the submissions of the parties made
orally on August 22, 26, 1997 and the written submissions received
September 15, 19, 29, 1997 on the request of the Board
We hereby unanimously order that the Grievor, Mr Roy Reid, be
immediately reinstated to the position he held at the time of his
termination, with no loss of, seniority, wages or benefits The
Board finds that the Grievors discharge on November 8, 1996 is
void ab initio. Full reasons to follow. The Board shall remain
seized should any difficulty arise in the implementation of this
order $
