ThIS gnevance pertams to the fact that the Gnevors dId not share m the settlement
of a classIficatIOn gnevance whIch was settled on November 18 1996 (called the
"ClassIficatIOn Gnevance") The ClassIficatIOn Gnevance was not a Group Gnevance
rather It was a collectIOn of mdIvIdual gnevances settled at the same tIme The Gnevors
were not gnevors m the ClassIficatIOn Gnevance
It IS sImply not management's responsIbIlIty to seek out potentIal gnevors
Whether It IS the responsIbIlIty of other partIes to msure that all potentIal gnevors are
mcluded m gnevances IS not relevant m the case before me, as It IS clearly not the
Employer's responsIbIlIty to do so
The gnevance IS therefore dIsmIssed.
