Decision
The Parties referred these pay administration gnevances to
mediation/arbitration In accordance with Article 22 16 of the Collective
Agreement.
At the outset of the heanng, the Parties agreed that I had Junsdlctlon to deal
with this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice decIsion
with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the submissions of the Parties, I find that there IS no
violation of the collective agreement Accordingly, the gnevances are hereby
dismissed
