INTERIM ORDER
The parties in these grievances have been engaged, WIth my assistance, in a
protracted, good faIth effort to resolve these gnevances, Based on my understanding of
the Issues and following discussions With counsel, I am of the view that an Intenm order
concermng access by the gnevors to certaIn pOSItions currently available will be of
aSSIstance In lllmting or narrOWing issues remaImng between the partIes and will aId In the
resolutIon of these matters,
I therefore order the following:
1 Those gnevors currently not employed With MTHA shall be entItled
to an Intervtew In competItIon 109/97 (property Adnumstrator),
and shall be consIdered for the pOSItIon along WIth all other
apphcants. Gnevors wislung to apply must do so by end of
business October 17, 1997
2, Anun Wallam shall be interviewed for the pOSItIOn of Chent
Support Analyst In competItIon 308/97 and consIdered for the
positIon along With all other applIcants.
3 The competItIOn for Field Maintenance SupervIsor, competItIon
#312/97, shall be restncted to the gnevors who apply for the
pOSItIOn, All of the gnevors who apply shall be gIven an intervIew
for the pOSItIOn. ApplIcatIOns, If not already made, must be made
by end of bus mess October 17, 1997
