Re Pezzuti and Ministry of Transport (1997), G S.B No (Roberts) I rejected thIS
argument in Pezzuti on the ground of insufficient eVIdence that the delay was attributable solely
to the Ulllon. The timelmess submissIOn m the present case IS rejected on the same ground.
An Order is hereby entered that wIthout any further delay, the followmg employees must
be paId can~back pay m accordance with Re Haskell and Ministry of Transport (1996), G S.B
No 1938/96 (Roberts)
