1 The parties agree that Ms. Rose will commence a Courtroom Clerk contract 'Il~
position, OAG 8. on January 13. 1997 for up to and in91uding 36 25 hours per : 11
week as requited !
2. Ms. Rose and the Union agree to withdraw the above captioned grievance dated I!
July 15. 1996. gnevlng the surptus notice received July 9, 1996.
3 The Parties agree that the Minutes of Settlement are without precedent or
prejudice to any other matter between the parties,
4 The parties agree that this settlement will be made an order of the Grievance
Settlement Board
