WHEREAS THE PARTIES wish to enter into a full and final settlement of the
above captioned grievance, the Parties hereto agree to the following MINUTES OF
SETTLEMENT

1 Ms. Yoshlki will be placed Into an OAG6 temporary positiOn"as an Adminlst~ve 4
Clerk, in the Procurement Services Branch, Services Division, Management
Board Secretariat until March 1998 Additionally her pay and all benefits will be
retroactively adjusted to reflect a salary at her OAG6 rate since displacement
into the OAG5 position
2 Ms Yoshiki will be placed into the next available OAGe positIon for which she
meets the critena in article 20.4 1 (a) or (b) of the collective agreement.

3 Should Ms. Yoshiki not be placed, pursuant to clause #2 above, by March 1998
(and should the temporary assignment not continue), Ms Yoshikl wIll return to
her home position as a Records Managment Clerk. However, for all purposes
under the collective agreement for Ms Yoshiki only, her home positionJ:'i11 be

4 The union and the Gnevor hereby withdraw the grievance dated July 18, 1996 ~
5 The Parties agree that the Minutes of Settlement are without precedent or
prejudice to any other matter between the parties.
6 The Parties agree to have these Minutes made an Order of the Grievance
Settlement Board.
