It has been determIned that thIS case shall be resolved by way of the followmg Order
Persons who took leaves of absence shall be compensated 111 accordance With the
compressed work week arrangement that was In effect dunng the stnke For
example a person who was off work on a compaSSIOnate leave dav and received 8
hours of pay shall be compensated for a further four (4) hours
No further remedy anSIng out of the operatIOn of the EssentIal SerVIces
Agreement and the Compressed Work Week Agreement In place at the Rideau
RegIOnal Centre dunng the penod of the stnke shall be paid or ordered.
