Further to the hearing 0f April 29, 1999, at which the union
presented a preliminary motion tor an Order reinstating the griever
wi th full redrei~::; on the grounds that his dismissal of October .2 I
1996 was void ab Inltio, it is hereby ordered as follows
1 The grievor be reinstated immediately into his former posltion
as a Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Clerk, w..Lthout loss of
:.:HH11or 1 ty ( wages and ~nefi~s,
2 Interest be paid to the grievor on the amount owing under
Faragraph one ( 1 ) above,
3 This Vice-Chairperson remains seized in the event the parties
experience any difficult~es in implement~n9 this Order
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, wr~tten reasons for
the Order will be provided in due course
