Order
The parties were before me today The Dillon alleged that para. 4 of their Memorandum of
Settlement dated August 1, 1997 had been breached. Having considered the submissions of both
parties, I find that a vacancy exists in one of two Secunty Officer pOSItIons by vIrtue of a
Resignation. Accordmgly the employer IS obliged and ordered to abolish one of the SecurIty Officer
PosItions and transfer It to the CorrectIOnal Officer 2 complement and, wIthin 90 days of this
Order post said vacancy as a Full-time ClassIfied Correctional Officer 2 position in accordance
with Article 6
I will remain seised with respect to implementation. .
