CONSENT ORDER
1 All negotiated transfers of work from the listed bargaining
unit facilities is suspended until September 15, 1997 and no
surplusing at any of the listed facilities will take place between
now and then
2 If the Employer wishes to place any resident between now and
then becasue of exceptional circumstances, it will contact Mr Leeb
or his designate. Any dispute over this will be referred to a
third party agreed to by the parties, failing which referred to me
on as expedited basis Any matterial exchanged in this process is
to treated with the utmost confidentiality
3. This matter will reconviened on Tuesday September 23, 1997 at
4 30 P m
4 The listed facilites are Prince Edward Heights, Rideau Regional
Centre, Huron Regional Centre, Adult Occupational Centre Edgar,
Midwestern Regional Centre and Southwestern Regional Centre
5. It is ordered that reasonable efforts meetings take place at a
local level at least weekly or more if necessary
