Order
This order applies to all facilities. The employer is directed to make
available to the union an opportunity to briefly discuss with the facilitator,
or applicable Ministry employee or representative, the type of substantive
steps taken with clients in those cases where there is a dispute, not for the
purpose of providing confidential information, but for demonstrating solely
that some substantive step has been taken I direct that this take place
during working hours at all covered facilities within the next seven days
