It IS hereby ordered that the gnevor be mcluded m the group of employees covered by our
earher Award m Re Barichello and Ministry of Consumer & Commercial Relations (1996),
G S,B No 954/96 (Roberts) As such, she IS entItled to be recalled to perform five weeks of paId
work or be gIven compensatIOn In the form of five weeks-worth of pay at the optIOn of the
employer The employer IS gIven 30 calendar days from the date of thIS Order to mform the
gnevor of WhICh optIOn It has deCIded to choose. If the employer chooses to recall the gnevor for
five weeks of paId work In accordance WIth Barichello, the employer IS dIrected to consult WIth
the gnevor to schedule thIS recall for a mutually agreeable date
