partIes resolved the Issues outstandmg between them accordIng to the terms set out In the
Settlement Agreement whIch IS appended hereto as AppendIx' A' and IS hereby mcorporated In
thIS Order

The partIes agree to settle all Issues m thIS matter as It pertams to gnevors Hill and
Restonck as follows
1 Damages shall be paId to gnevors Hill and Restonck III the amount of $5 000 (five
thousand) dollars each to be paId through the former employers SOlICItorS Messers

2 The Gnevors Hill and Restonck hereby release and forever dIscharge Thames Valley
Ambulance LImIted, London Health SCIence Centre, and Dr Jonathan F Dreyer of and
from any and all claIms ansmg out of and from thIS gnevance
