order
1 That the Employer pay to the Gnevor the eqUIvalent of one month.s pay as soon as
possible folloWing the Issuance of thIs order
2 That the Gnevor be placed on SpecIal and CompassIOnate Leave (ArtIcle 25) as of
February 2, 1998 for a three-month penod.
3 That the Gnevor enroll m a computer course before February 28 1998 The Employer
IS to reImburse her for the course-related costs up to $500 00
4 The partIes will exchange the folloWing mformaTIon pnor to April 9 1998
- An up-to-date report on the Gnevor.s fitness
- A progress report on the Gnevor-s educaTIonal and volunteer actIvITIeS
- Status of the Gnevor-s L TIP applIcaTIon
- Job possibihtIes for a return to work With the Mimstry
- Details of a declaratIOn of surplus for the Gnevor
- Details of a buy-out for the Gnevor
- ExtensIOn of the SpecIal and CompassIOnate Leave
5 Tills heanng will reconvene on April 23 1998
6 I remaIn seIzed.
7 In the event that due to unforeseen cIrcumstances, the heanng does not take place on
April 23 1998 It will be rescheduled as soon as possible and the Gnevor will remam
on the payroll until such TIme as the heanng IS reconvened.
