INTERII\I DECISION
At the hearIng of GSB 1339/39 and GSB 1340/97, the umon sought to
have the MInIstry of Health added as a party on the grounds that It was a common
employer wIth the Espanola Ambulance ServIce when the gnevances arose
As the MInIstry was not gIven notice of the heanng, the matter IS adjourned
to March 31, 1998 This adjournment wIll allow the parties an opportumty to
notify the Mimstry of Health.
The umon also sought to consohdate several other matters wIth the
followmg gnevance numbers 96-06,96-07,97-01,97-02,97-03,97-04,97-05,
97 -06, 97-12, and 97 -14 As the employer raIsed no obJectIOn, these matters are
hereby consolIdated as requested
