DavId Costen Acnng DIrector Family ResponsibilIty Office ArtIcle ADM 5 1 Sllift Schedules 1 The Family ResponsibilIty Office agrees to adhere to ArtIcle ADM 5 1 WhICh states III part that: "Sllift schedules shall be posted no less than fifteen (15) days III advance and there shall be no change III the schedule after It has been posted unless nonce IS given to the employee one hundred and twenty (120) hours III advance of the startIng nme of the sllift as ongInally scheduled. If the employee concerned IS not nonfied one hundred and twenty (120) hours III advance he or she shall be paid nme and one-half (111/2) for the first eIght (8) hours worked on the changed ShIft provIded that no premIUm shall be paid where the change of schedule IS caused by events beyond the mInIstry's control " 2 Employees may sWitch scheduled sllifts WIth other employees WIth mutual consent and approval III advance by management. 3 The Family ResponsibilIty office will endeavour \Were operanonally feasible to post sllift schedules 15 days III advance
