Incorporated the folloWIng terms and condItIOns as an order of the Board In full and final
satIsfactIOn of the above captIOned gnevance
1 Based on the InformatIon exchanged at the medIatIOn/arbItratIOn, the Employer shall
reImburse the Gnevor for (2) davs pay at (12) twelve hours per daY'
2 The Employer shall remove and destroy any and all documentatIOn and notes ansIng out
of the IncIdents gIVIng nse to the above captIOned gnevance from any and all files,
IncludIng personnel files
