Havmg regard to the submissions of the parties, I determine
1 (a) That the Umon shall forward a request for particulars of the Pension
Plan to the Employer and file a copy of the request wIth the G S B at
Its offices m Toronto
(b) That the Employer shall provide the particulars to the Umon as
requested and shall file a copy of those partIculars With the G S B at
Its offices In Toronto
(c) If there IS any dIspute WIth respect to the partIculars of the PensIon
Plan, I wlll remain seIzed of that Issue
2 If there are any prelIminary matters that are to be raised at the hearIng, each party WIll
proVlde to the other party, full partIculars of the prelImInary matters that It Intends to
raJse, at least 30 days In advance of the heanng. I WIll rem am seIzed of that matter
should any dIspute arIse between the parties
3 I am prepared to deal WIth all the prelimmary legal matters by wntten submissIOn In
order to avoid further delay and, In the alternative, I am prepared to have counsel
and/or representatIves of the partIes attend before me In Toronto to deal WIth all
prelImmary matters that the partIes Intend to raIse
4 In the Circumstances, the hearIng IS adjourned to a date to be fixed by the Registrar
